About This Event

Your First Professional Home

Join hundreds of recent graduates and early-career professionals finding their footing in their first roles. This quarterly gathering is where career imposter syndrome becomes peer wisdom. You're not alone in asking these questions, and you're not alone in figuring out the answers.

When and Where

We meet on the third Wednesday of every quarter, from 4pm to 6pm in your local timezone. Fully virtual and online, joinable from anywhere in the world. Each attendee joins in their own local time, so we span every timezone together. No travel, no complexity. Just show up wherever you are.

Who Belongs Here

  • Recent graduates starting your first role and building confidence
  • Early-career professionals navigating second or third job moves
  • Career-switchers seeking mentors who remember day one
  • Anyone building a genuine professional network with peers
  • People wondering if you're doing this whole career thing right

What We Do Together

Real peer conversations: We talk about what's actually happening in your careers right now. Navigating managers, imposter syndrome, salary negotiations, visibility at work, what gets noticed in your first year. These are the conversations you might not have at your own company.

Fireside talks with leaders: Established professionals who made the same career moves you're making now share how they got here, what changed their trajectory, and how AI is reshaping entry-level roles. Real insights, no corporate speak.

Live showcases: Organizations actively hiring graduates and early-career talent show up to share what they're building and what it's like to work there. Learn what companies are actually looking for before you apply.

Speed networking: Meet mentors and peers who get your exact career stage. Some of these relationships turn into mentorships, collaborations, and real friendships. A lot of them do.

For Organizations Who Want to Share

This community loves learning about real work being done. If your company is hiring entry-level talent or mentoring early-career people, we'd love to hear about it. You can showcase your culture, share what you're building, and meet people genuinely interested in working with you. No sales pitches required. Just real conversations.

Why Share This With Your People

You know someone in your network who just started their first job or is thinking about a career move. They're probably wondering if they're doing it right. Send them this link. Your network expands, but also deepens with people doing work you respect. These connections often turn into mentorships, collaborations, and real friendships. That's how we've grown this community from the ground up.

Your best career move in your first five years might happen here. Come as you are.
